Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, we will refund the purchase amount to your credit.

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

We attempt to ship all orders within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. Because of the high-demand nature of the products we sell on our website, we may be faced with production or incoming shipment delays, in which case, we will notify you of the delay and do our utmost to ship your product(s) to you as quickly as possible. We fulfill orders Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Please note that, due to the delicate nature of some of our products, orders will be ground shipped.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information we are provided.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the product(s) ordered, packing weight, and your location. Before you agree to purchase product(s) on our website, the shipping cost will be displayed giving you the opportunity to withdraw from placing your order.

 

Back Orders

If an item is placed on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (818) 767-4477 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
